PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To set a dimension of a part which is disposed on a waist part of a wearing object person, on a belt member to proper size, and enhance freedom degree of selection of a shape of a leg-surrounding opening part which each belt member has.SOLUTION: A belt member 30 comprises a fold line L30 for folding so that, both end parts of the belt member in a width direction are positioned inside of the fold line L30 in the width direction, and the belt member 30 folded at the fold line L30 is fixed to an end part of an absorbent body 10 in the width direction through an end part 30ew1 positioned on outside of the width direction out of both end parts.
