A movable device (100) comprises: a housing (30)； a rotating part (50) to which a rod part (20) is attached； a spring (61) for generating torque by pulling down or up the rod part (20) about a base part (22) side of the rod part (20) as an axis of rotation； and a torque adjustment part (70) with which deformation of the spring (61) makes it possible to adjust the torque. The torque adjustment part (70) comprises a spring varying part (71) for deforming the spring (61) in a direction where the spring (61) is rolled up, and a spring fixation part (74) for maintaining a constant torque by contacting and fixing the spring varying part (71).
