An apparatus for treating tissue, comprising a sheath defining a lumen sized and shaped to receive a treatment device therein, a guide member coupled to the sheath and extending a predetermined distance substantially parallel to a longitudinal axis of the sheath, and a stabilizer element for engaging an anchoring device coupled to tissue to stabilize the sheath and the treatment device, the stabilizing element being movably coupled to the guide member for movement therealong substantially parallel to the longitudinal axis of the sheath wherein, when in a proximal-most position, the stabilizer element is located proximally of a proximal end of the guide member.La présente invention concerne un appareil qui permet de traiter un tissu et comporte une gaine définissant une lumière dimensionnée et mise en forme pour y recevoir un dispositif de traitement, un élément de guidage couplé à la gaine et sétendant sur une distance prédéfinie sensiblement parallèle à un axe longitudinal de la gaine, et un élément stabilisateur destiné à saccoupler à un dispositif dancrage couplé avec le tissu afin de stabiliser la gaine et le dispositif de traitement, lélément stabilisateur étant couplé de manière mobile à lélément de guidage pour se déplacer le long de celui-ci, sensiblement parallèlement à laxe longitudinal de la gaine. Lorsquil est en position la plus proximale, lélément stabilisateur est situé proximalement à une extrémité proximale de lélément de guidage.
