Each of the cosmetic gel sheets (10L, 10R) has a base material made of a nonwoven or woven fabric, and a gel layer containing a cosmetic composition. In this cosmetic gel sheet, one direction orthogonal to a thickness direction is assumed to be a direction D A , and a direction orthogonal to both of the thickness direction and the one direction is assumed to be a direction D B . An elongation percentage in the direction D A of the cosmetic gel sheet is 10 to 40%. An elastic recovery percentage of elongation, measured after the cosmetic gel sheet is stretched in the direction D A by 50% and kept stretched at 23°C, 55% RH for 10 minutes, is 5% or less. An elongation percentage in the direction of the cosmetic gel sheet D B is 2% or less.
