PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composite stretchable material which has more excellent uniform flexibility.SOLUTION: A composite stretchable material capable of stretching in a first direction includes a first non-woven fabric sheet portion and a second non-woven fabric sheet portion placed atop each other, and a plurality of elastic members arranged between the first non-woven fabric sheet portion and the second non-woven fabric sheet portion. The elastic members extend in the first direction while are spaced apart from each other in a second direction orthogonal to the first direction, and the first non-woven fabric sheet portion and the second non-woven fabric sheet portion are bonded to each other by an adhesive that has been applied to the elastic members. When the composite stretchable material is compressed in the thickness direction so that the load applied to the composite stretchable material changes from 0.5 gf/cmto 50 gf/cmin a state of 50% elongation, the average compression pressure CP is less than 15 gf/cm, and the root-mean-square height Pq of the sectional curve in the state of 50% elongation is not more than 0.4 mm.
