The present invention relates to technology to provide an antibacterial composition capable of improving an animals immunity, anti-inflammatory response and antibacterial effects while achieving a reasonable cost for commercialization since the necessity of developing natural antibiotic and immunity improving substances is recognized to prevent or treat a bacterial infection or inflammatory disease of livestock and poultry and to promote their growth. According to the technology of the present invention, a fermented stabilizing solution, including a natural herb medicine as an effective component, is obtained and waterborne nano-sulfur powder is added to the solution, and then, a liquid composition, containing a waterborne nano-sulfur solution, is included in feeding water for livestock and poultry and supplied, and thus, a method for improving an animals immunity, anti-inflammatory response, and antibacterial effects is discovered. The method includes: a first step of obtaining a fermented stabilizing solution by fermenting and aging a fermentation assisting substance, a vegetable spawn, and a mixture of dried barberry roots, scutellaria, phellodendron bark, gardenia fruits, and milk vetch roots； a second step of making a homogenized solution by mixing a dispersing surfactant and a water-soluble polymer with a product of the first step, and then, obtaining waterborne nano-sulfur by adding and dispersing edible sulfur powder； and a third step of obtaining a liquid composition for improving the immunity of livestock, containing the waterborne nano-sulfur sol by adding the waterborne nano-sulfur powder, obtained through the second step, to the fermented stabilizing solution obtained through the first step.본원은 가축 및 가금류의 세균성 감염증 또는 염증성 질환을 예방 또는 치료하고 성장을 촉진시키기 위한 천연 항생물질 및 면역 증강용 물질의 개발 필요성을 인식하고, 실용화 가능하도록 저렴하면서도 충분한 항균, 항염, 및 및 면역 증강 효과를 나타낼 수 있는 항균 조성물을 제공하고자 하는 기술이다.본원은 천연 생약성분을 유효성분으로 포함하는 발효 안정화용액을 얻고 여기에 수분산 나노유황 분말이 추가되어 수분산 나노 유황 졸을 함유하는 액상조성물을 가축 및 가금류의 급이수에
