Disclosed is a method for producing water soluble detoxified sulfur powder which comprises the steps of: detoxifying sulfur by adding sulfur to filtrate of loess suspension (Jijangsu) and adding one or more ingredients selected among white radish, ginger, Rhynchosia nulubilis, licorice, and duckweed to the same, and then repeating heating and cooling operations obtaining detoxified sulfur powder by dehydrating, drying, and pulverizing the detoxified sulfur prepared by the detoxification step adding the detoxified sulfur powder to a solution, which is prepared by dissolving one or more kinds of ash selected among chaff ash, purslane ash, and morus bark ash in water, and then heating the same and obtaining water soluble detoxified sulfur powder by leaving and cooling the heated solution, then drying and pulverizing a precipitate from the solution.
