The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing stock feed additive and a stock feed additive manufactured by the same. The method for manufacturing stock feed additive comprises the following steps: (a) producing a fermented extract of wild herbs by individually fermenting, mixing, and aging wild herbs； (b) producing powder of the fermented extract of the wild herbs by drying the fermented extract of the wild herbs produced in step (a)； (c) adding the fermented extract of the wild herbs, produced in step (a), to a mixture of a residue obtained by filtrating makgeolli, unrefined rice wine, a residue of the fermented extract remaining after filtering the fermented extract of the wild herbs produced in step (a), and food residue and then firstly fermenting the same； (d) grinding the firstly fermented product, fermented in step (c), and then drying the same； (e) inserting grain and powder from the fermented extract of the wild herbs manufactured in step (b) into the dried fermented product of step (d) and secondarily fermenting the same； and (f) drying and grinding the secondarily fermented product of step (e).본 발명은 (a) 산야초를 개별적으로 발효하고 혼합한 후 숙성시켜 산야초 효소를 제조하는 단계； (b) 상기 (a)단계의 제조한 산야초 효소를 건조하여 산야초 효소 분말을 제조하는 단계； (c) 막걸리를 여과하고 남은 찌꺼기, 상기 (a)단계의 제조된 산야초 효소를 여과하고 남은 효소 찌꺼기 및 음식물 찌꺼기를 혼합한 혼합물에 상기 (a)단계의 제조한 산야초 효소를 첨가한 후 1차 발효하는 단계； (d) 상기 (c)단계의 1차 발효한 발효물을 분쇄하고 건조하는 단계； (e) 상기 (d)단계의 건조한 발효물에 곡물과 상기 (b)단계의 제조한 산야초 효소 분말을 투입한 후 2차 발효하는 단계； 및 (f) 상기 (e)단계의 2차 발효한 발효물을 건조한 후 분쇄하는 단계를 포함하여 제조하는 것을 특징으로 하는 가축 사료첨가제의 제조방법 및 상기 방법으로 제조된 사료첨가제에 관한 것이다.
