PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flowerpot and a planter making the blooming of a flower and the growth of a plant and reducing the manpower for watering. SOLUTION: A container 5 having no drain and with height not preventing planting is placed at the bottom of the flowerpot or the planter. The container 5 is bunied with soil. The plant is planted on the soil is added over the planted plant, and water is supplied the planted plant. As a result, the growth of the plant becomes very good, much flowers are bloomed and flower's durability becomes good by the interaction of the container for keeping the wetness of the soil and the soil with good air-permeability present at the surroundings with the outlet of the water.
