The present invention relates to isolated immunoglobulin heavy chain polypeptides and isolated immunoglobulin light chain polypeptides that bind to a protein encoded by an interleukin 36 receptor (IL-36R). The present invention provides IL-36R-binding agents comprising the immunoglobulin heavy chain polypeptides and immunoglobulin light chain polypeptides described above.
