The present invention relates to isolated immunoglobulin heavy chain polypeptides and isolated immunoglobulin light chain polypeptides that bind to interleukin-33 (IL-33). The present invention provides an IL-33 binding agent comprising the above immunoglobulin heavy chain polypeptide and immunoglobulin light chain polypeptide. The invention also provides related vectors, compositions and methods of using IL-33 binding agents to treat disorders responsive to inhibition of IL-33 in mammals.
