Relating to compounds of formula (i), wherein R1 is substituted phenyl, phenyl substituted C1 - 6 - RENTED, among others R2 is a system of rings and (OR) is a co - or - C (o) - W - C (o) -,- S (OR) 2 - or - cr6r7 m, N, P and q are chosen with Independence between 1 and 2, R is the Number 1, 2 or 3.These compounds are inhibitors of i.e., Autotaxin (ATX) which are inhibitors of the production of lysophosphatidic acid (LPA) and hence modulating LPA levels and the associated signalling.And are useful for the prophylaxis or Therapy of Pathological States, such as Eye, kidney, cancer, among others.Referido a compuestos de formula (I), en donde R1 es fenilo sustituido, fenil-alquilado C1-6 sustituido, entre otros R2 es un sistema de anillos Y es un -OC(O)- o -C(O)- W es -C(O)-, -S(O)2- o -CR6R7- m, n, p y q se eligen con independencia entre 1 y 2 r es el numero 1, 2 o 3. Estos compuestos son inhibidores de la autotaxina (ATX) que son inhibidores de la produccion de acido lisofosfatidico (LPA) y por ello moduladores de los niveles de LPA y de la senalizacion asociada. Y son utiles para la terapia o profilaxis de estados patologicos, como oculares, renales, cancer, entre otros.
