Estos compuestos son inhibidores de la autotaxina (ATX) que son inhibidores de la produccion de acido lisofosfatidico (LPA) y por ello moduladores de los niveles de LPA y de la senalizacion asociada. Y son utiles para la terapia o profilaxis de estados patologicos, como oculares, renales, cancer, entre otros.
