PURPOSE: A coffee roasting and extracting machine is provided to enable to roast coffee beans and store roasted coffee beans in one machine, and to manufacture various coffee with one touch operation. CONSTITUTION: A controller(100) sends coffee beans to a roasting apparatus(400) and an extracting device(800). Unroasted coffee beans are sent to the roasting apparatus by a vacuum system(300). The roasting apparatus roast coffee beans for a predetermined time period by the controller. The roasted coffee beans are sent to a coffee bean storage by a vacuum system(400) which is operated by the controller. An opening/closing device(500) is operated by the controller. When the type of coffee beans and quantity are selected on the controller according to customers order, the opening/closing device sends the desired coffee beans and quantity. The coffee beans are sent to a storage(600-2) by gravity. The coffee beans collected to the storage are sent to a coffee extracting device by a vacuum system(700) to extract coffee. Opening/closing devices(200,600) are controlled by the controller. A sensor(500-1) of the coffee bean storage detects whether the stored coffee beans are under a predetermined amount or not.대다수 커피 전문점들은 본사의 로스팅 기계에서 배전되어 포장된 제품을 사용하고 있다. 이때 배전이 오래된 커피는 산소와 만나 산화과정을 거치게 되며 이때 커피 본연의 맛이 떨어 지게 된다.로스팅을 직접하는 경우에는 별도의 로스팅 과정이 추가되어 복잡한 과정을 거치게 되어 대량 판매가 어려울 수 있다.본 발명은 생두에서 로스팅,커피 추출에 대한 일관적인 공정을 자동화하여 신선하고 다양한 커피를 제공하는것에 목적을 두고 있다.
