PROCEDE DE FABRICATION ET UTILISATION DE SUBSTANCES ACTIVES MYCELIENNES DE CORDYCEPS CICADAE POUR PREVENIR ET/OU AMELIORER LES LESIONS PULMONAIRES AIGUES
A method for manufacturing Cordyceps cicadae mycelia activesubstance for preventing and/or treating acute lung injury is provided. Themethod comprises the following steps: (a) culturing a Cordyceps cicadaemycelia in a plate media between 15 to 30°C for 1 to 2 weeks； (b)inoculatingthe mycelia of step (a) to a flask and culturing it between 15 to 30°Cat a pHof 2 to 6 for 3 to 14 days； (c) inoculating the mycelia of step (b) to afermentertank and culturing it between 15 to 30°C at a pH of 2 to 6 for 3 to 21days,so as to obtain a Cordyceps cicadae mycelium fermentation liquid containingsaid Cordyceps cicadae mycelia active substance.
