PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for cultivating mushroom by which degerming in a mushroom-cultivating facility can be carried out even in a highly humid environment, and the high-quality mushroom can be grown by suppressing the disease thereby and to provide a method for reducing a barrier to growth of the mushroom.
SOLUTION: The method for cultivating the mushroom including a cultivation method of growing an anlage after forming the anlage includes radiating a positive ion and a negative ion for a prescribed period in a cultivation process to degerm various germs in the facility. The method for reducing the barrier to the growth of the mushroom is characterized by the degerming of bacteria of the genus Pseudomonas by radiating the positive ion or the negative ion.
