PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To use acquired data effectively when the measurement for scanning an acoustic detector and receiving an acoustic wave propagating from a subject is interrupted.SOLUTION: A subject information acquisition device includes: an acoustic detector for receiving an acoustic wave propagating from a subject an information processing part for generating an image indicating characteristic information on the subject based on the acoustic wave, and displaying the image on a display part and a position control part for moving a position of the acoustic detector with respect to the subject from a measurement start position along a predetermined locus. When the movement in the locus of the acoustic detector is interrupted, the position control part causes the acoustic detector to return to a predetermined position from the position where the measurement is interrupted, and the information processing part generates an image based on the acoustic wave received between the measurement start position and the position where the measurement is interrupted, and the acoustic wave received between the position where the measurement is interrupted and the predetermined position.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1COPYRIGHT: (C)2017,JPO&INPIT【課題】音響検出器を走査して被検体から伝搬する音響波を受信する測定が中断した場合に、取得されたデータを有効に利用する。【解決手段】本発明の被検体情報取得装置は、被検体から伝搬する音響波を受信する音響検出器と、音響波に基づいて被検体の特性情報を示す画像を生成して表示部に表示させる情報処理部と、音響検出器の被検体に対する位置を、測定開始位置から所定の軌跡にそって移動させる位置制御部を有し、音響検出器の軌跡における移動が中断した場合に、位置制御部は、音響検出器を、測定中断位置から所定の位置まで復帰させ、情報処理部は、測定開始位置から測定中断位置の間で受信された音響波と、測定中断位置から所定の位置の間で受信された音響波に基づいて画像を生成する。【選択図】図1
