PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such problems that a second syringe with a hollow needle cannot penetrate smoothly a gasket of a first syringe from the proximal side or blood sealed between the gasket and a syringe barrel leaks when the second syringe penetrates the gasket.SOLUTION: The platelet-rich plasma separating kit includes a first plunger rod having an insertion hole extending from the distal end to the proximal end.
