PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an in vivo insertion device surely sealing a clearance between an insertion section and a living body tissue by itself, preventing an intrusion of microorganisms or the like into the clearance from the outside and significantly alleviating the onset risk of infectious disease and inflammation.SOLUTION: The insertion section 13 to be inserted in a living body, of the in vivo insertion device 10 includes a groove portion 20 on the outer peripheral surface, and the groove portion guides blood to a skin side of the living body by a capillary phenomenon and causes the platelet in the blood flowing a passage to coagulate in mid-flow thereof.
