The present invention relates to a medical thread in vivo inserting device having a blood leakage preventing structure, wherein the medical thread in vivo inserting device includes a needle pipe and a handle. A medical thread inserted in the needle pipe is inserted in vivo so that in vivo biomaterials are induced to gather around the medical thread and the muscles are reinforced by means of the biomaterials.
