PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for making a citrus fruit-containing milk agar jelly packed in a container in which citrus fruits are visible from above in a state packed in the container, with less man-hour without needing labor hour.SOLUTION: There is provided the method for making the citrus fruit-containing milk agar jelly packed in a container with transparent lid.
