An implant for a spinous process can fix a vertebral body having a lesion by using the engagement between the spinous processes through a minimal incision without using a pedicle screw, and in which: an upper engagement member is provided to and engaged with one spinous process a lower engagement member is provided to and engaged with a neighboring spinous process and the spacing of the vertebral body having a lesion is reduced and fixed with a fixing bolt by combining the lower engagement member with the upper engagement member, wherein the upper engagement member is engaged with the spinous process at a part having a lesion, the lower engagement member coupled with the upper engagement member is engaged with the neighboring spinous process, andthe upper engagement member and the lower engagement member are pulled such that the upper engagement member and the lower engagement member come into close contact with each other to fix the state thereof by using a fixing bolt, thereby stably fixing the upper engagement member and the lower engagement member engaged with the spinous processes and, simultaneously, stably maintaining the fixing state thereof by an upper latch and a lower latch respectively provided to the upper engagement member and the lower engagement member.Linvention concerne un implant pour une apophyse épineuse, qui peut fixer un corps vertébral ayant une lésion à laide de la mise en prise entre les apophyses épineuses au moyen dune incision minimale sans utiliser de vis de pédicule, et dans lequel : un élément de mise en prise supérieur est situé sur une apophyse épineuse et mis en prise avec cette dernière un élément de mise en prise inférieur est situé sur une apophyse épineuse voisine et mis en prise avec cette dernière et lespacement du corps vertébral ayant une lésion est réduit et fixé avec un boulon de fixation en combinant lélément de mise en prise inférieur et lélément de mise en prise supérieur, lélément de mise en prise supérieur étant en
