PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a walking training device with improved workability in mounting and dismounting a walking assist device.SOLUTION: In a walking training device 1, tension means A and B are used for eliminating an impact of the weight of a walking assist device 2 during rehabilitation. In a configuration such as this, a situation may occur in which the walking assist device 2 is not easily mounted on a leg part L of a user U due to an impact of the tensile force of tension means A and B. Therefore, tensile loads by the tension means A and B are appropriately changed between during a rehabilitation operation and while a rehabilitation operation is not performed. In the walking training device 1 of the present invention, attention is paid especially to the rehabilitation preparation time when the walking assist device 2 is mounted on the leg part L. In this case, control is executed by a load relief switching part 33a so that the upward tensile loads by the tension means A and B are equal to or smaller than the force to support the weight of the walking assist device 2.COPYRIGHT: (C)2016,JPO&INPIT【課題】本発明は、歩行補助装置の装着及び取り外しの作業性を良好にした歩行訓練装置を提供する。【解決手段】歩行訓練装置1においては、リハビリ中では、歩行補助装置2の重量の影響を無くすために引張手段A,Bが利用されている。このような構成にあっては、引張手段A,Bの引張力の影響により、ユーザUの脚部Lに歩行補助装置2を装着し難くなるような事態が起こり得る。そこで、引張手段の引張荷重A,Bを、リハビリ動作中とリハビリ動作中以外とで、引張手段A,Bによる引張荷重を適切に変更させている。本発明の歩行訓練装置1にあっては、特に、歩行補助装置2を脚部Lに装着しているリハビリ準備中に着目し、この場合にあっては、引張手段A,Bによる上方への引張荷重を、歩行補助装置2の重量を支える力より小さく又は同じにするように免荷重切替え部33aで制御する。【選択図】図7
