PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an elevating operation device of a columnar body which improves operability, simplifies a structure, attains light weight, and reduces cost.SOLUTION: An upper driving wheel 15 is fitted by a rotating shaft 14 to an end of an upper frame 13a of an annular machine frame 13 mounted around the columnar body 11. An arm portion 13c is provided at a lower end of a weight portion 13b of the annular machine frame 13, then a lower driving wheel 17 is mounted on an end of the arm portion 13c by a rotating shaft 16. A position of a weight center O of the annular machine frame 13 is set so that it may be positioned at the weight portion 13b. The upper driving wheel 15 and the lower driving wheel 17 are pressed onto an outer peripheral face of the columnar body 11, by weight M×g (M is mass, and g is gravitational acceleration) which exerts on the weight center O of the annular machine frame 13. With such constitution, frictional resistance is exerted on a contact portion of the outer peripheral face of the columnar body 11 and outer peripheral faces of the upper driving wheel 15 and the lower driving wheel 17, by which the elevating operation device 12 rises and falls without sliding down from the outer peripheral face of the columnar body 11.COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT【課題】操作性を向上することができるとともに、構造を簡素化して、軽量化を図り、コストを低減することができる柱体昇降作業装置を提供する。【解決手段】柱体11の周りに装着される環状機枠13の上部フレーム13aの端部に回転軸14によって上部駆動輪15を取り付ける。前記環状機枠13のウエイト部13bの下端部にアーム部13cを設け、そのアーム部13cの先端部に回転軸16によって下部駆動輪17を装着する。前記環状機枠13の重量中心Oの位置をウエイト部13bに位置するように設定する。環状機枠13の重量中心Oに作用する重量M・g(Mは質量、gは重力加速度)によって、前記上部駆動輪15及び下部駆動輪17が柱体11の外周面に押圧される。このため、柱体11の外周面と上部駆動輪15及び下部駆動輪17の外周面との接触部に摩擦抵抗が作用し、昇降作業装置12が柱体11の外周面から滑り落ちることなく昇降動作される。【選択図】図1
