PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide, with respect to oily fat or fat with a light flavor, highly versatile fat imparted with body by a simple method and a method for producing the same, and to provide a body improving method of food by using the fat in food poor in fat-based body.SOLUTION: By including a particular amount of hardly oil-soluble malonyl isoflavone glycoside in liquid oil with an oily flavor, palm oil with a light flavor, or the like, highly versatile fat easily imparted with body is obtained. By using the obtained fat imparted with body, fat-based body is imparted to food.
