The present invention relates to a cosmetic nanoliposome composition containing peptides for inhibiting degradation of collagen and, more specifically, to a cosmetic composition which has low turbidity when containing peptides, contains peptides for inhibiting degradation of collagen as nanoliposome in a stable formulation and has excellent skin absorption. The cosmetic composition of the present invention contains effective components in nanoliposome which is the stable size, thereby being good for skin care and having low cytotoxicity and excellent storage properties. The present invention further relates to a method for manufacturing the cosmetic nanoliposome composition containing high-content effective components.본 발명은 콜라겐 분해 억제 펩타이드를 포함하는 나노사이즈의 리포좀 화장료 조성물에 관한 것으로서, 펩타이드를 포함하였을 때 탁도가 낮고, 콜라겐 분해 억제 펩타이드를 안정적인 제형의 나노사이즈 리포좀으로 함유하며, 피부 흡수율이 우수한 화장료 조성물을 제공하는 것이다.본 발명의 화장료 조성물은 안정적인 사이즈의 나노사이즈 리포좀에 유효성분을 함유하여 피부 미용에 우수할 뿐만 아니라 세포 독성이 낮고 보관성이 우수하다.또한, 본 발명은 유효성분을 고함량으로 함유하는 상기 나노사이즈 리포좀 화장료 조성물의 제조방법을 제공한다.
