PURPOSE: A cosmetic composition containing collagen derived from fish skin and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to prevent heat denaturation of collagen, to maintain collagen structure, and to enhance moisturization and skin protection. CONSTITUTION: A cosmetic composition contains collagen derived from fish skin. The fish is selected among sea bass, Sebastes schlegeli, flatfish, and tripletail. A method for manufacturing the cosmetic composition comprises: a step of drying fish skin while preventing heat denaturation of collagen； a step of pulverizing the dried fish skin and forming fish skin powder； and a step of isolating collagen from fish skin powder.본 발명은 어피 유래 콜라겐 함유 화장료 조성물 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 저온상태에서 어피로부터 콜라겐을 추출하여 콜라겐의 열변성을 방지하고 콜라겐의 구조를 그대로 유지함으로써 보습 및 피부보호효과가 증대된 어피 유래 콜라겐 함유 화장료 조성물 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 어피 유래 콜라겐 함유 화장료 조성물은 어류의 껍질인 어피로부터 분리된 콜라겐을 함유한다. 어류는 농어, 조피볼락, 넙치, 참돔 중에서 선택된 어느 하나 이상이다. 그리고 본 발명의 어피 유래 콜라겐 함유 화장료 조성물의 제조방법은 어류의 껍질인 어피에 함유된 콜라겐의 열변성을 방지하면서 상기 어피를 건조시키는 건조단계와, 건조된 어피를 분쇄하여 어피분말을 형성하는 분쇄단계와； 상기 어피분말로부터 콜라겐을 분리하는 분리단계를 포함한다.
