The present invention relates to a cosmetic composition containing a corn fermented extract for skin moisture, which is manufactured by: a step (a) of preparing preprocessed and finely crushed corn kernels, a corn male flower hot water extract, corn cob powder, and a finely crushed corn shell； a step (b) of preparing a corn fermented extract by filling, in a closed container, 1,000-1,200 parts by weight of purified water, 30-100 parts by weight of the corn male flower hot water extract, 30-50 parts by weight of corn cob powder, and 10-15 parts by weight of the finely crushed corn shell for 100 parts by weight of the preprocessed finely crushed corn kernels, and fermenting and filtering the same for 6-9 months； and a step (c) of mixing 5-15 parts by weight of corn oil and 0.1-0.5 part by weight of fragrance for the 100 parts by weight of the corn fermented extract. The present invention provides an effect of massively manufacturing the cosmetic composition causing no skin irritation and having a good moisture effect by using corns excluding corn silk.본 발명은 피부 보습용 옥수수 발효추출물을 함유한 화장료 조성물에 관한 것으로, (a) 전처리된 세절 옥수수 알갱이, 옥수수 수꽃 열수추출물, 옥수수 속대 분말 및 세절된 옥수수 외피를 준비하는 단계와； (b) 상기 전처리된 세절 옥수수 알갱이 100 중량부에 대하여, 정제수 1,000 ~ 1,200 중량부, 상기 옥수수 수꽃 열수추출물 30 ~ 100 중량부, 상기 옥수수 속대 분말 30 ~ 50 중량부 및 상기 세절된 옥수수 외피 10 ~ 15 중량부를 밀폐용기에 충전한 후 6 ~ 9개월 발효한 다음 여과하여 옥수수 발효추출물을 준비하는 단계와； (c) 상기 옥수수 발효추출물 100 중량부에 대하여, 옥배유 5 ~ 15 중량부 및 향료 0.1 ~ 0.5 중량부를 혼합하는 단계로 제조됨으로써, 옥수수 수염을 제외한 옥수수 전부를 활용하여 피부 자극이 없으며 보습 효과가 양호한 화장료 조성물을 대량 제조할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
