PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate inserting operation of a catheter during a treatment using a catheter.SOLUTION: A setting UI section 751 of a catheter guiding section 75 receives a setting regarding a part and a timing where and when guiding is necessary for inserting a catheter from an operator. A set part arrival judgment section 752 judges whether the front end of the catheter arrives at the set part or not. When the front end arrives at the set part, a timing judgment section 753 judges whether the arrival timing is a set timing or not.
