PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a jelly-like food product having antibacterial function to food poisoning bacterium or food putrefactive bacteria, by using loquat seeds.SOLUTION: Loquat seeds are pulverized into a powdery shape, and loquat-seed extract is extracted by using water or an organic solvent, and liquid is obtained by filtering the extract.
