PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wearing article capable of preventing not only an oppression to the periphery of the abdomen caused by a change or the like in a posture during wearing but also an excessive pulling of the wearing article during wron by applying a proper extensibility to a projecting part.SOLUTION: In the wearing article having an article body having a longitudinal direction reaching a back side part from an abdominal part through a crotch part and the width direction crossing the same at a right angle and the projecting parts arranged at both side edges in the width direction of at least one of the abdominal part and the back side part, each of the projection parts has a fiber sheet and a large number of yarn-like members the extensibility of which is lower than that of the fiber sheet and a large number of the yarn-like members are mutually arranged in a lattice form obliquely extending and crossing with respect to the longitudinal base line of the article body.
