PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an emulsion composition for foods and drinks, which has a high milk solids content and excellent emulsion stability, made from a fresh cheese having a relatively high milk solids content.SOLUTION: The emulsion composition for foods and drinks includes at least a fresh cheese having 45 wt.% or more of milk solid contents, two or more kinds of emulsifiers, and water. The use ratio (weight ratio) of the fresh cheese relative to water is 1.2 or more. The two or more kinds of emulsifiers include an emulsifier having an HLB of 10 or more (emulsifier A) and an emulsifier having an HLB less than 10 (emulsifier B).
