PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnetic resonance imaging apparatus, method, and program capable of recovering signal losses caused by an off-resonance artifact.SOLUTION: In a magnetic resonance imaging apparatus 20, a sequence control unit 30 applies a tag pulse train to a tag area and then applies a first imaging pulse train to an imaging area and also applies a control pulse train to a control area and then applies a second imaging pulse train to the imaging area. A data processing unit generates a plurality of tag images and a plurality of control images. Further, an MRI data processing unit 42 generates a plurality of perfusion images corresponding to different phase offsets, using the plurality of tag images and the plurality of control images.
