PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce an imaging time while reducing distortion of an image caused by disturbance of a magnetic field due to metal inside a subject.SOLUTION: A plurality of frequency bands are set in a prescribed frequency range, high-frequency magnetic field pulse having one of the frequency bands is illuminated to a subject from a transmission part, and an NMR signal generated by the subject is received by a reception part. An image generation part repeatedly performs operation to generate an image from the NMR signal by changing frequency bands, a plurality of images corresponding to the respective plurality of frequency bands, a plurality of images corresponding to the plurality of frequency bands respectively, and a plurality of images are composed. Then, a plurality of frequency bands are set in the way that a part of adjacent frequency bands overlap. In bandwidths of the plurality of frequency bands, a frequency band including specific frequency within the frequency range is narrowest, and the farther from the specific frequency they go away, the wider stepwise or continually they spread.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2【課題】被検体内の金属による磁場の乱れに起因した画像の歪を低減しつつ、撮像時間を短縮する。【解決手段】所定の周波数範囲に複数の周波数帯域を設定し、そのうち一つの周波数帯域を有する高周波磁場パルスを送信部から被検体に照射させ、被検体が発生したＮＭＲ信号を受信部に受信させ、画像生成部にＮＭＲ信号から画像を生成させる動作を、周波数帯域を変更しながら繰り返し行わせ、複数の周波数帯域にそれぞれ対応する複数の画像を得た後、複数の画像を合成する。このとき、隣り合う周波数帯域同士が一部重なり合うように複数の周波数帯域を設定する。複数の周波数帯域の帯域幅は、周波数範囲内の特定の周波数を含む周波数帯域が最も狭く、特定の周波数から離れるにつれて段階的または連続的に広がっている。【選択図】 図２
