PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a care bed that eliminates psychological sense of pressure of a user at time of excretion and brings comfort by materializing natural seating from a state of lying down in bed to a general purpose flush toilet installed under the bed.SOLUTION: The care bed includes: a backrest plate 1 a horizontal bar 3 for raising a user the knee a fulcrum moving device 2 for adjusting the rotary shaft of the backrest plate and the position of the horizontal bar a leg falling device 4 a hip support belt device 5 and a shield lid 6 for opening/closing the toilet seat, with a Western style flush toilet 8 installed under the bed. The backrest plate is raised and lowered by a hydraulic jack 11, as is the horizontal bar by the same principle. A patient is made to slide down onto the toilet seat like a slide using the slope of the backrest plate, the hip support belt, and the horizontal bar, while the legs are lowered from the bed to the floor by the leg falling device. The patient is returned to the bed by raising the knee lift of the horizontal bar above the bed surface, and thereby lifting the hip and the legs to the top surface of the bed, with the patient thus returned to the bed.COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT【課題】ベッドに寝た状態からベッド下部に設置した汎用の水洗トイレへの自然な着座を実現することで、排泄時における利用者の心理的圧迫感をなくし、心地良さを実現する介護ベッドを提供する。【解決手段】背もたれ板1と、膝の裏側にあてがって利用者を持ち上げる横バー3と、背もたれ板の回転軸と横バーの位置を調整する支点移動装置2と、足部落下装置4と、臀部支持ベルト装置5と、便座開閉遮蔽蓋6を持ち、洋式水洗トイレ8をベッド下に設置する。背もたれ板は油圧ジャッキ11で上げ下げし、横バーはてこの原理で上げ下げし、背もたれ板の傾斜と臀部支持ベルトと横バーで滑り台のように便座へ滑り落ちさせ、足部落下装置は足をベッドから床まで下ろす。ベッドへの復帰は、横バーの膝あげをベッド面より上まであげることで臀部と足をベッドの床面まで持ち上げ、ベッドにもどす。【選択図】図1
