The present invention relates to a bed chair, in which an upper frame provided to support a hip support portion, a back support portion, and a leg support portion is lifted and lowered upwards and downwards by a lifting and lowering operation portion, thereby enabling the handicapped person or patient who is uncomfortable to easily climb up on the bed or sitting thereon while lying down on the bed or sitting thereon to therefore minimize movements and simultaneously help a caregiver care the patient more easily, and moreover, at the same time while a reclining angle of a backrest portion is changed by a tilt operation portion, change the rotational angle of a leg-rest portion by interlocking with the backrest portion by a link unit, thereby allowing a disabled person or a patient to be seated comfortably or lying down, such that taking a shower or a bath can be conveniently performed.
