The present invention relates to a hospital bed having a novel structure for supporting a hip part so that the hip part does not slide when raising a backrest of the hospital bed. The hospital bed according to the present invention includes a hip supporting plate (30) having a front part rotatably coupled to a supporting frame (10), and a backrest plate (20) having a supporting bar (21), which supports a lower surface of a rear end of the hip supporting plate (30), at a front part of the backrest plate. As illustrated in FIG. 3 and FIG. 4, when the backrest plate (20) is lowered, the hip supporting plate (30) is supported and maintained in a horizontal state by the supporting bar (21), so an entire upper surface of the hospital bed forms a uniform plane. When a patient raises the backrest plate (20), the supporting bar (21) rotates to the lower side, and as illustrated in FIG. 7 and FIG. 8, a rear end of the hip supporting plate (30) rotates to the lower side to form a slope inclined downward to the rear side. Therefore, when the patient raises the backrest plate (20), the hip part of the patient becomes latched to the slope of the hip supporting plate (30), so the hip can be prevented from sliding forward when raising the backrest plate (20).본 발명은 등받이를 세울 때 엉덩이부분이 미끄러지지 않도록 지지할 수 있도록 된 새로운 구조의 병원침대에 관한 것이다.본 발명에 따른 병원침대는 엉덩이지지판(30)의 전단부가 상기 지지프레임(10)에 회동가능하게 결합되고, 상기 등받이판(20)의 전단부에는 상기 엉덩이지지판(30)의 후단부 하측면을 지지하는 지지바(21)가 구비되어, 도 3 및 도 4에 도시한 바와 같이, 상기 등받이판(20)을 눕히면 상기 지지바(21)에 의해 엉덩이지지판(30)이 수평을 이루도록 지지되어, 병원침대의 상면 전체가 일정한 평면을 이루게된다.그리고, 환자가 상기 등받이판(20)을 세우면 상기 지지바(21)가 하측으로 회동되면서, 도 7 및 도 8에 도시한 바와 같이, 상기 엉덩이지지판(30)의 후단부가 하측으로 회동되어 후측으로 하향된 경사를 이루게 된다.따라서, 환자가 등받이판(20)을 세울 때 환자의 엉덩이 부분이 상기 엉덩이지지판(30)의 경사면에 걸리게 됨으로, 등받이판(20)을 세울 때 엉덩이가 전방으로 미끄러지게 되는 것을 방지할 수 있는 장점이 있다.
