PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an X-ray diagnostic apparatus which prevents damage of the X-ray diagnostic apparatus and deterioration of a movable part caused by vibrations and impacts when the apparatus is moved, without applying a load to motor for operating a bed, even when power source supplying power to the motor fails.SOLUTION: The X-ray diagnostic apparatus includes: an X-ray generation part irradiating a subject with an X-ray an X-ray detection part detecting an X-ray having transmitted the subject a bed placing the subject thereon a rise/fall rotation plate installed in the bed a support part supporting the rise/fall rotation plate so as to be rotationally operated. The support part includes a fixation bar having one end attached to the support part. The rise/fall rotation plate includes plural fixation bar receiving parts for fixing the other end of the fixation bar. The bed is operated to rise/fall by rotation operation of the rise/fall rotation plate.
