PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a bar from continuously rotating along with a roller and substantially exerting a function of crushing clods entering the roller inside into small pieces in a soil crushing/tamping device.SOLUTION: Left/right bar support brackets 54 are rotatably attached, via bearings 57 respectively, to left/right roller support shafts 37 that are stationarily placed inside left/right circular end plates 49 of a roller 38 so as not to rotate. A soil crushing bar 39 is fixed to the bar support brackets 54 and provided to extend in the left/right in the roller 38.
