The present invention relates to a smart patient bed, which enables a patient to conveniently sit up in a bed of a hospital room, and to conveniently view an IT device or safely take food in a sitting state. According to the present invention, the smart patient bed comprises: a bed frame (10) placed horizontally； a backrest piece (100) and a footrest piece (110) rotatably provided at one side of the bed frame (10), and supporting back and foot parts of a patient； a link means (120) for rotating the footrest piece (110) by interlocking with the rotation of the backrest piece (100)； a rotation means (130) for forcing the backrest piece (100) to be rotated around a back hinge (102) as an axis； a table (30) rotatably installed on the bed frame (10)； a meal device (30″) provided on one surface of the table (30), and allowing a plurality of dishes for meal of a patient to be seated thereon； and a reading device (30′) provided on the other surface of table (30), and guiding the IT device to be mounted thereon. According to the present invention, a patient can easily sit up in a bed to have a meal or operate an IT device.본 발명은 병원의 병실에서 환자가 침대에서 편리하게 일어나 않을 수 있으며, 앉은 상태에서 편리하게 IT기기를 보거나 음식물을 안전하게 섭취할 수 있도록 구성된 스마트한 환자용 침대에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 의한 스마트한 환자용 침대는, 수평으로 놓여지는 침대프레임(10)과； 상기 침대프레임(10)의 일측에 회전 가능하게 구비되며, 환자의 등부분과 발부분을 지지하는 등받이편(100) 및 발받이편(110)과； 상기 등받이편(100)의 회전에 연동하여 상기 발받이편(110)이 회전하도록 하는 링크수단(120)과； 상기 등받이편(100)이 등힌지(102)를 축으로 회전하도록 강제하는 회전수단(130)과； 상기 침대프레임(10)에 회전 가능하게 설치되는 테이블(30)과； 상기 테이블(30)의 일면에 구비되며, 환자의 식사를 위한 다수의 그릇이 안착되도록 하는 식사장치(30")와； 상기 테이블(30)의 다른 일면에 구비되며, IT기기가 장착되도록 안내하는 독서장치(30') 등으로 이루어진다. 이와 같은 본 발명에 의하면, 환자가 침대에서 일어나 앉아서 식사나 IT기기 조작을 용이하게 할 수 있는 이점이 있다.
