The present utility model relates to a process of producing sea food treated with kamias and chili and a product produced therefrom that would afford a healthy food option to individuals having vitamins and minerals deficiencies, a condition leading to possible health maladies. The process of producing sea food treated with kamias and chili comprises the steps of: a. securing and collecting slipmouth fish in a containing means; b. splitting, washing and cleaning the fish; c. soaking the cleaned fish in brine solution; d. soaking the brine-treated fish in kamias extract; e. draining the kamias-treated fish; f. soaking the drained fish in chili concentrate; g. drying the chili-treated fish; and h. frying the dried fish.
