The present invention refers to a process and obtention of a non-selective and wide-spectrum biodegradable and organic herbicidal composition containing acetic acid as an active ingredient and an aqueous extract of Agavaceae (agave lechuguilla) from the Mexican desert, acting as a natural coadjuvant, also describing the use thereof for controlling and/or removing any type of undesired plant in agricultural crops in general. The compositions mainly comprise: component (a) conditioners and organic diluents, component (b) natural herbicides, component (c) coadjuvants and component (d) fatty acids. The composition presents phytotoxic and adherent properties, so that being used for controlling and/or removing by direct post-emergent contact any undesired plant in agricultural crops mainly monocotyledons of narrow leaves and dicotyledons of broad leaves.La presente invención se refiere al proceso y obtención de una composición herbicida orgánica y biodegradable no selectiva y de amplio espectro que contiene ácido acético como principio activo y extracto acuoso de Agaváceas (agave lechuguilla)del desierto mexicano como coadyuvante natural y su uso para controlar y/o eliminar cualquier tipo de plantas indeseadas en cultivos agrícolas en general. La cual, está esencialmente compuesta por: componente (a) Acondicionadores y diluyentes orgánicos, componente (b) herbicidas naturales, componente (c) coadyuvantes y componente (d) ácidos grasos. La composición presenta propiedades fitotóxicas y adherentes, por lo que se emplean para controlar y/o eliminar por contacto directo post-emergente cualquier tipo de plantas indeseadas en cultivos agrícolas principalmente monocotiledóneas de hoja angosta y dicotiledóneas de hoja ancha.
