PURPOSE: A coffee roasting apparatus capable of reducing the production time of coffee is provided to indirectly transfer heat to raw coffee beans using a heated air blower. CONSTITUTION: A coffee roasting apparatus comprises the following: a main body(200) including rotation bearings(211) installed on first and second surfaces； a motor connected to the rotation bearing on the first surface using a chain for transferring power to the rotation bearing； a stirring member(500) connected to the rotation bearings on the first and second surfaces, rotating inside the main body for stirring coffee beans； a heated air blower(600) injecting hot air into the main body for roasting； a cold air blower(700) injecting cold air in the temperature below the room temperature into the main body； plural temperature sensor installed inside the main body； and a controller(800) automatically controlling the heated air blower and the cold air blower.본 발명에 따른 커피 로스터기는 원통형의 구조로서, 서로 마주보는 제1면과 제2면에 각각 회전 베어링을 구비하는 본체와, 상기 제1면의 회전 베어링과 체인으로 연결되며, 체인을 통해 상기 회전 베어링에 동력을 전달하는 모터와, 상기 제1, 2면의 회전 베어링에 연결되어 상기 본체 내부에서 회전하며, 원두를 섞기 위해 다수의 날개로 구성되는 교반부재와, 상기 제1면에 연결된 제1관을 통해, 상기 본체 내부에 로스팅에 요구되는 온도의 열풍을 주입하는 열풍기와, 상기 제1면에 연결된 제2관을 통해, 상기 본체 내부에 실온 미만의 냉풍을 주입하는 냉풍기와, 상기 본체 내부에 설치되어 온도를 측정하는 다수개의 온도센서와, 로스팅을 위해, 상기 온도센서의 측정정보를 참조하며, 이미 설정된 프로그램을 따라 상기 열풍기와 냉풍기를 자동제어하는 제어부를 포함하여 구성된다.본 발명은 열풍기를 사용함으로써, 원두가 타는 것을 방지함으로써 불량으로 인한 원두를 버리지 않을 수 있기 때문에 제조 원가를 절감할 수 있다. 또한, 냉풍기를 사용함으로써, 원두 로스팅 후 급랭을 하여 커피의 맛과 향을 더 좋게 만들 수 있다. 또한, 이물질 배출구를 구비함으로써, 이물질을 쉽게 분리하여 커피를 제조하는 공정의 시간을 단축할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
