PURPOSE: A producing method of whey protein as a feed additive is provided to use whey obtained from a producing process of cheese as a byproduct. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of whey protein as a feed additive comprises the following steps: concentrating and drying whey obtained from a producing process of cheese； hydrolyzing the concentrated and dried whey using an enzyme by adding 1.5-2.5wt% of trypsin to the whey having the concentration of 8-9%, and reacting the mixture at 50 deg C in the pH of 8 for 3 hours； and centrifugal separating the hydrolysate, and drying supernatant to obtain whey powder. The feed additive contains 0.7-1wt% of whey powder.본 발명은 사료첨가제로서의 유청 단백의 제조 방법에 관한 것으로서, 유청을 농축건조하는 단계； 상기 농축건조된 유청을 효소로 가수분해하는 단계； 및 상기 가수분해물을 원심분리한 뒤 상등액을 건조하여 유청 분말을 제조하는 단계；를 포함하는 사료첨가제로서의 유청 분말의 제조방법에 관한 것이다.
