PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide cosmetics containing a hydrophobic solid composition which is excellent in chronological stability, is excellent in feeling of use, such as smoothness and feel when applied, can be crushed readily, physically, and efficiently, by rubbing or chafing an applied part, and not only has an effect of re-emitting an inclusion but produces no residue after crushed； and to provide production methods thereof.SOLUTION: The cosmetics contain (A) one or more higher alcohols, (B) a perfume, (C) 1 mass% or less of a water-soluble polymer, and (D) water, the mean particle size of a hydrophobic solid composition consisting of the (A) higher alcohol and the (B) perfume being 1 to 120 μm at normal temperature, and the viscosity of an aqueous phase consisting of the (C) water-soluble polymer and the (D) water being 100 to 30000 mPa s at 25°C.SELECTED DRAWING: None
