PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water-in-oil type emulsified cosmetics excellent in curl keeping performance of eyelashes, excellent in adhesive strength (adhesion) in coating and availability (smoothness, non-sticky).SOLUTION: There is provided a water-in-oil type emulsified cosmetics characterized principally by comprising (a) 5-15 mass% of water, (b) 7-13 mass% of spherical powder, and (c) 5-15 mass% of a film agent. The water-in-oil type emulsified cosmetics preferably excludes wax, has a viscosity of 15,000-40,000, contains 20-50 mass% of the total amount of whole compounded power including the spherical powder components to the total amount of water-in-oil type emulsified cosmetics, and the content of spherical powder is 25-40% to the whole amount of powder components.COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT【課題】睫毛のカールキープ力に優れ、塗布する際の付着性(ツキ)が良く、使用感(滑らかさ、べたつきの無さ)にも優れた油中水型乳化化粧料を提供する。【解決手段】(a)水:5~15質量%、(b)球状粉末:7~13質量%、および(c)皮膜剤:5~15質量%を含有することを主な特徴とする。また、ワックスを含まないこと、粘度が15,000~40,000であること、球状粉末を含む全粉末成分の合計配合量が、油中水型乳化化粧料の全体量に対して20~50質量%であり、全粉末成分に占める球状粉末の割合が25~40%であることが好ましい。【選択図】なし
