PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a brown rice gruel packed in a container with a spout, which has sufficient fluidity for eating at normal temperature or lower even when brown rice gruel made from brown rice or sprouted brown rice is encapsulated in a container with a spout and a manufacturing method thereof.SOLUTION: The brown rice gruel packed in a container with a spout includes a brown rice gruel composed of a mixture of brown rice and/or sprout brown rice, rice flour, and water, which is encapsulated in a container with a spout. The method for manufacturing a brown rice gruel includes: mixing brown rice and/or sprout brown rice, rice flour, and water heating the mixture to prepare a brown rice gruel in a fluid state encapsulating the brown rice gruel in a container with a spout by sealing the mouth end face of the spout with a seal material and sealing the spout with a lid.
