The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of a scaffold with dual pores, and the scaffold manufactured by the method. A purpose of the present invention is to provide the manufacturing method of the dual-pore scaffold and the scaffold manufactured thereby, which basically manufactures the scaffold using an SFF principal to freely form a desired three-dimensional shape in which the principles of a salt foaming process and a salt diffusion process are combined, thereby enabling a considerable improvement in a conglutination rate of tissue cells by increasing porosity through a production of the pores on a strand that forms the scaffold.본 발명은 이중 기공을 가지는 스캐폴드 제조 방법 및 이를 이용하여 제조된 스캐폴드에 관한 것으로, 본 발명의 목적은 기본적으로 SFF법의 원리에 의해 스캐폴드가 만들어지도록 함으로써 원하는 3차원 형상을 자유로이 만들 수 있으면서도, 여기에 염발포법 또는 염침출법의 원리가 결합됨으로써 스캐폴드를 이루는 스트랜드(strand) 자체에도 기공이 형성되도록 하여 공극률을 더욱 높여 조직세포의 유착률을 더욱 향상시킬 수 있는, 이중 기공을 가지는 스캐폴드 제조 방법 및 이를 이용하여 제조된 스캐폴드를 제공함에 있다.
