The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of a scaffold with complex pores, and the scaffold manufactured by the method. The purpose of the present invention is to provide the manufacturing method of the scaffold with the complex pores which basically manufactures the scaffold using an SFF principal for freely forming a desired three-dimensional shape, and improves the conglutination rate of tissue cells by improving porosity through producing the pores on a strand for forming the scaffold by combining a salt foaming process and a salt leaching process； and the scaffold manufactured by the method.본 발명은 복합 기공을 가지는 스캐폴드 제조 방법 및 이를 이용하여 제조된 스캐폴드에 관한 것으로, 본 발명의 목적은 기본적으로 SFF법의 원리에 의해 스캐폴드가 만들어지도록 함으로써 원하는 3차원 형상을 자유로이 만들 수 있으면서도, 여기에 염발포법 또는 염침출법의 원리가 결합됨으로써 스캐폴드를 이루는 스트랜드(strand) 자체에도 기공이 형성되도록 하여 공극률을 더욱 높여 조직세포의 유착률을 더욱 향상시킬 수 있는, 복합 기공을 가지는 스캐폴드 제조 방법 및 이를 이용하여 제조된 스캐폴드를 제공함에 있다.
