PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vegetable washing device capable of reducing a use amount of washing liquid without damaging vegetables.SOLUTION: A vegetable washing device includes a sterilization part for spraying sterilization liquid L containing a chemical agent to vegetables V from sterilization nozzles, a washing part 35 for spraying washing liquid L1 and L2 to the vegetables to which the sterilization liquid is sprayed, from washing nozzles, a conveyor 11 formed in a mesh shape for sequentially conveying the vegetables placed on a washing treatment surface 11a, and a base 50 for supporting the conveyor, the sterilization part, and the washing part. The sterilization nozzles and the washing nozzles are arranged above and below the conveyor respectively.
